Premier was established in 1997 by Brian Paddison with only one vehicle, Premier Transport have grown through hard work and determination and now carry out school transport and other work on behalf of North Tyneside, Newcastle and Northumberland County Council as well.

Brian sadly passed away in 2020 after a short illness, he is sadly missed by all that knew him but every Premier vehicle now honours him with a dedication to him.

All maintenance of vehicles of the fleet are carried out at the purpose built workshop to ensure maximum comfort and safety.

All of our staff, from our receptionists, call handlers and drivers to our transport managers are highly experienced. We ensure that they offer first class customer service and that they are professional and courteous at all times.

Our drivers are always uniformed and smartly presented. All drivers are fully qualified and CRB checked, ensuring our customers can be confident that they are in good hands.

We take pride not only in the presentation of our staff but also our vehicles. Every vehicle goes through strict checks and regular servicing to make sure it’s safe, clean and in top condition for all customers.
