DAY TRIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Premier Transport expects each day excursion to be operated as advertised however reserves the right without notice to vary or cancel any tour at their discretion. Any excursion can be cancelled should there be insufficient customer demand making it uneconomically viable to operate.  In the event of any major or significant variation or cancellation you may either continue with the tour as varied, accept an alternative that we may offer or cancel the booking and receive a full refund of monies paid.

Admission to Attractions

Admission charges to attractions are not included in the cost of the tour unless otherwise indicated

Cancellations

Tickets cancelled by the customer at least 48 hours prior to departure will be entitled to a refund minus a 20% cancellation charge.   To obtain your refund your ticket must be returned or presented to the office where it was originally purchased from. No refunds will be given for any tickets cancelled within 48 hours of departure.

Child Fare and Unaccompanied Children

The child fare if from 3 to 14 inclusive.  Children under the 14 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age upwards.  You do not pay for a child under the 3 but they are not allocated a seat and are expected to sit on their parent/guardian’s lap.  This is your responsibility.

Conduct of Passengers and their Responsibility

You are responsible for your behaviour and Premier Transport reserve the right to remove any passenger who is abusive or disruptive to others.  Our driver/representative has the right to request you and any other offending members of your party to vacate the vehicle.  Should this happen this will immediately end your contract with Premier Transport and you will have no right to claim liability against the company or be entitled to any refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure you are at the correct pick up point at the correct time.  Premier Transport cannot be held responsible for any loss of expense incurred by passengers who arrive late at any departure point.

Smoking and E Cigarettes

Under current UK Law Smoking and E Cigarettes are strictly prohibited on all of our vehicles.

Omissions and Errors

Every effort has been made to ensure that at the time of printing accuracy of information contained in our brochure is correct.  We cannot be held responsible or liable for any errors or omissions.

Covid-19

Due to the continuing challenges with Covid-19 all passengers are required to wear a face covering at all times on board the coach (unless exempt).  To ensure the safety of others anyone with a high temperature or showing symptoms of Covid-19 will be refused travel.  We will continue to operate according to Government guidance as long as is necessary.

STANDARD MINIBUS & COACH HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKING CONDITIONS BELOW FOR GROUP ORGANISERS AS OUR PRICES ARE CALCULATED ON FULL COACHES YOU MUST ADHERE TO THESE CONDITIONS, AS NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE.

A provisional booking will then be made and held for four weeks pending receipt of a £10 per head non refundable deposit. A booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. It is essential that you keep the Premier Transport informed of any changes of numbers in your party, at any time, after making your booking

If deposits are not received within the four week period the places may be re-sold. Payment – by cash, cheque or debit card (credit cards incur a 2% charge). Debit card payments will incur a 0.82% charge on payments over £100. There is no charge for payments under £100.00. Cheques should be made payable to Premier Transport. Upon receipt of your deposit a booking confirmation will be issued showing the date of the trip, the deposit received, the balance remaining and the balance due date, usually four weeks prior to departure, or less if there is a short lead to the excursion.

This confirmation should be returned along with your balance by the due date. This will then be receipted and returned to you with your seating allocation and pick up points and times if available. If not available these will be informed as soon as possible. Pick up points should be kept to a maximum of two, unless a full coach is needed for your group. After this date we regret that refunds cannot be given for cancellations, unless the places can be re-sold. If any of these outings appeal to your group, but the advertised date is unsuitable please telephone and let us know. We may be able to arrange additional excursions. Should you have a group large enough to fill a coach, and any of these outings are of interest to your group it may be possible for you to choose your own date or place of travel.
